What kind of questions can I ask on the chat?

It will take us up to 2 days to process your order in our warehouse and it will take from 2 to 9 days to ship in Canada. It will take from  3 to 9 Business Days in the USA. 


What is your return policy? 

Due to the intimate nature of the products and for your health protection, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or broken. If a product is found to be defective, please inform us within 10 days of receiving the product to obtain a product refund form.


How can I place an order with multiple shipping addresses?

Unfortunately, it is impossible to place a unique order with two or more different destinations. If you wish to place an order with multiple items shipped to different addresses, you must place separate orders.


What happens if I do not receive my parcel?

Contact us and we will start an inquiry with Canada Post. We will help you with the process depending on the situation.


I have a specific issue with my order, whom should I contact?

What happens if the item I ordered is out of stock?

We are working hard to keep our inventory up to date, but if, by misfortune, the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you and we will refund your order.

Do you accept phone or email orders?
